Ms. Fatima Marin brings nearly three decades of experience in education to her role as Owner and Executive Director of Fiosari Learning Center in Davie and First Learning Center in Hollywood, Florida. She oversees daily operations across both schools, including academic-year programs and seasonal camps, ensuring each program maintains high standards for safety, learning, and care. She also loves planning events, school dances and extracurricular activities to include families in their children’s preschool experience. 

Ms. Fatima holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a specialization in Special Education, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón (UNIFE) in Lima, Peru. Her career has been dedicated to early childhood and special education, supported by ongoing professional development and multiple certifications.

She believes strong schools are built through continuous learning and encourages her teachers to grow alongside the children they serve. Ms. Fatima remains actively involved in her schools and takes pride in creating environments where children, families, and educators feel supported and valued.

Outside of work, Ms. Fatima enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her husband. She is a proud mother of two daughters, stepmother to three stepsons, and a devoted grandmother. Family is an important part of her life, which is reflected in the supportive, family-centered environment she fosters within her schools
